    FOR Transplant recipients

You may be ELIGIBLE FOR PRESCRIPTION
    CO-PAYMENT ASSISTANCE
    if:

  • You are taking medications to prevent acute rejection
  • You have called your drug manufacturer to see if there is an assistance program of theirs that may be better for you
  • You call PSI to see if you are eligible

PSI (Patient Services Incorporated), a national nonprofit organization, is committed to helping people with expensive chronic illnesses and conditions by locating health insurance solutions and assisting with premiums and prescription co-payments.

Assistance is based on the severity of your medical and financial needs and often saves middle-class families from financial hardship as a result of these conditions. This is a new and developing program resulting in the acceptance of eligible clients. As with all “pilot” programs, there may be a waiting list for assistance as we operate with limited funding.

Call PSI at (800) 366-7741 to see if we can help you. (Due to HIPAA regulations, PSI can only deal with the patient or a family member of that patient.)

For further info about PSI, please visit http://www.uneedpsi.org

They also offer financial assistance for some augmentation therapy. Contact them for details.
